What to expect during dietetic consultation?

Initial consultation lasts 1 hour.

On arrival full body composition analysis is performed and anthropometrical measurements are recorded. If you have any recent blood tests or reports of any investigations related to your condition are provided, they will be studied for evidence of nutritional deficiencies/excesses and/or diagnosis that will help to optimize your dietary treatment. If no recent bloods are available, specific blood tests would be recommended. Full diet history (foods and drinks your diet consists of) will then be obtained along with information about your eating habits, cultural and personal preferences, any allergies and intolerances. Based on collected information and taken into account your specific, achievable and measurable goals, individualized nutritional recommendations and a tailored meal plan will be provided by our licensed nutritionist.
